Saxagliptin tablets

Saxagliptin is a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor used in the management of type 2 diabetes. It works by helping the body increase insulin release when blood glucose is high and reduce glucose production after meals. It is used alongside diet and physical activity, and may be prescribed on its own or with certain other diabetes medicines.
